Shipping Information
- Order & Payments
• Purchases are available to registered members only.
• Payments can be made via PayPal only.
• Once an order has been placed, the payment method and ordered items cannot be changed. If you need to make changes, please cancel your order and place a new one.
• Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the shipping preparation stage.
• Gift wrapping services are not available.
- Shipping
• Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.
*Business days are based on KST (UTC+9)and exclude weekends and Korean public holidays.
• Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after your order has been shipped.
• All orders are shipped from South Korea.
• We are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates.
• The shipping address cannot be changed once your order has entered the shipping preparation stage.
• Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
• Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
• Any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country's customs regulations.
• Due to customs regulations, Slow Sunday cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a value lower than the actual purchase price.
Washing & Care Instructions
- Hand wash separately using a mild detergent.
- Do not use bleach.
- Do not soak the product in detergent for more than 10 minutes.
- Spin dry only briefly, then lay flat to dry in the shade.
- Do not tumble dry or iron, as heat may damage the fabric and details.
- Do not leave the product wet from water or sweat for an extended period. Wash it promptly after use.
- Do not pile or store the product while wet, as this may cause color transfer, deformation, or damage.
- Do not dry clean, as transferred prints or bonded details may peel off.
- For products with zippers or decorative details, hand washing is strongly recommended. Machine washing may damage the fabric or trims.
Damage caused by improper washing or customer negligence is not eligible for compensation. Please follow the care instructions carefully.
Exchanges & Returns
- If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it.
- For returns due to a simple change of mind, you can request a return from the Account page. - Returns will be approved only if the application is made within 30 days after the product arrives and the product is returned directly to the return shipping address in its undamaged condition.
- Return requests will not be accepted after 30 days.
- All international return shipping costs and other taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless we provide you with an incorrect/defective item.
- If the product is defective, a product different from the ordered product is delivered, or there is damage during shipping, you can receive a return and refund (including delivery fees).
In this case, please contact the contact information below within 7 days after the product arrives, including the order number, reason for return, and a photo of the returned product. - Exchanges are not possible. Please return the product and purchase a new one.
- Refund processing will be processed after inspection of the returned product, and inspection will take 3 to 7 days after the product arrives.
- Refunds may take up to 5 business days after inspection is completed, depending on the payment method used.
- When returning a refund, the initial delivery fee incurred is excluded.
